- Photograph the nameplate, keypad and any visible damage before you pack it up.
- Noteer eventuele foutcode die op het display wordt weergegeven wanneer de eenheid voor het laatst is uitgevallen.
- Schrijf het casereferentienummer op zowel de eenheid als de doos.
- Beschrijf de invoerspanning, motorformaat en wanneer de fout zich voordoet.
- Gebruik antistatische bescherming voor besturingskaarten en pak het zo in dat het niet kan verschuiven tijdens transport.
