Get it to us the right way
- Photograph the screen, label and connectors before you pack it up.
- Note the project file version, if known — it's not required, but it helps.
- Write the case reference on both the panel and the box.
- Describe the fault: black screen, unresponsive touch zones, or a boot loop.
- Protect the touchscreen surface and pack it so it can't flex or shift in transit.
When the fault is really in the cabinet
Some HMI faults trace back to wiring, grounding, or interference from nearby equipment that a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
