Get it to us the right way
- Photograph the board before removal: orientation, connectors and wiring.
- Label every wire and connector as you disconnect it.
- Write the case reference on both the board and the box.
- Describe the fault and what the board powers or controls.
- Use an anti-static bag and pack it so it can't flex or shift in transit.
When the fault only shows up in the cabinet
Some faults only appear under real wiring, grounding, or load conditions a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
