One workshop, every layer of the cabinet
From the drive on the motor to the panel the operator touches, we repair industrial electronics at component level — each case tracked under its own reference, tested before it ships, and backed by a warranty.

Not sure what's failed?
Servo drives, converters, PLCs, HMIs, power supplies, control boards — if it's an industrial electronic assembly, send it in and we'll diagnose it, no category needed up front.
Servo Drive Repair
AC servo amplifiers, tested under real load before they go back on the axis.
- IGBT and gate driver failures
- Encoder / resolver feedback loss
- Overcurrent trip loops
VFD / Frequency Converter Repair
AC drives repaired from DC bus to output stage, run up to rated load.
- DC bus capacitor failure
- Shorted output modules
- Rectifier bridge faults
PLC Repair
CPUs, I/O and communication modules repaired — your program is never touched.
- CPU boot and memory faults
- I/O channel dropouts
- Backplane bus errors
Industrial HMI Repair
Operator panels repaired and tested for display, touch and port function.
- Touchscreen / digitizer faults
- Backlight and display failure
- Comm port failures
Power Supply & Control Board Repair
Din-rail supplies and custom boards, traced component by component.
- Blown rails and fuses
- Capacitor degradation
- Boards without a schematic
A process built around trust
Reception & inspection
Whatever the category, your equipment arrives, gets logged under its own case reference, and goes through a full visual and electrical check.
Diagnosis & quotation
We find the root cause and send a clear quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve the work.
Repair, test & return
Once you approve, we repair the unit, test it against its real operating conditions, and ship it back with a full report.
The same standard, across every category
Traceability
A unique case reference and a full repair report follow your equipment from the moment it arrives, whichever category it falls under.
Testing
Every repaired unit is tested against its real operating conditions — under load where that applies — before it leaves the workshop.
Root-cause insight
When a fault keeps coming back, we dig into why and flag the weak point in the report, regardless of which repair path it came through.
Warranty
Every repair, across every category, is backed by a standard warranty once it's back in service.
Get it to us the right way
- Photograph the label, connectors, board and display before you pack it up.
- Write the case reference on both the unit and the box.
- Describe the fault: symptoms, error codes, and when it happens (cold start, under load, intermittent).
- Use anti-static protection for boards and modules, and pack it so it can't shift in transit.
When the fault only shows up on site
Some problems only appear in the real installation — load conditions, wiring, or cabinet-level issues a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead, whatever the equipment category.
