Servo Drive Reparatie

Servo Drive Reparatie

Servo drive repair, tested under real load

From nuisance overcurrent trips to a drive that won't power up at all, we repair AC servo drives at component level — then run each unit under load before it ships back, not just a bench power-on test.

Every drive gets a reference, a report and a warranty

Hoe het werkt

Een proces gebouwd rond vertrouwen

01 · Reception

Ontvangst & inspectie

Your drive arrives, gets logged under its own case reference, and goes through a full visual and electrical check before any power is applied.

02 · Diagnosis

Diagnose & offerte

We trace the fault to the failed component — power stage, control board or feedback circuit — and send a clear quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve.

03 · Return

Repareren, testen & terugsturen

Once approved, we repair the drive and run it under simulated or dyno load before shipping it back with a full report.

What we see

Common servo drive faults

  • Power module (IGBT) failure or shorted output stage
  • Blown gate driver circuits after a motor or cable fault
  • Encoder or resolver feedback loss and position errors
  • DC bus capacitor degradation and undervoltage trips
  • Recurring overcurrent or overvoltage fault loops
  • EtherCAT, Profibus or SSCNET communication faults
  • Cooling fan failure and thermal shutdowns
  • Corrupted or lost parameter sets after a fault event

Repair happens at component level, so an obsolete drive model or one the manufacturer no longer supports doesn't automatically mean replacement.

Wat u krijgt

What every servo drive repair includes

Traceerbaarheid

A unique case reference and a full repair report follow your drive from the moment it arrives.

Load-tested

Every repaired drive is run under load — not just powered on — before it leaves the workshop.

Inzicht in de oorzaak

When a drive keeps tripping, we dig into why — motor, cabling, or the drive itself — and flag it in the report.

Garantie

Reparaties are backed by a standard warranty, so you're covered once the drive is back on the machine.

Sneller beslissen

Repareren of vervangen?

Kies reparatie wanneer

  • The exact drive model is discontinued or hard to source
  • You need existing tuning and parameter sets preserved
  • A retrofit to a new drive generation isn't planned yet
  • Je hebt een traceerbare reparatie nodig met een rapport en garantie

Overweeg vervanging wanneer

  • You need the axis running now and a matched spare is ready
  • A motion system retrofit is already planned
  • The new drive generation needs a different feedback protocol anyway
Voordat je verzendt

Zorg dat het op de juiste manier bij ons komt

  • Photograph the nameplate, connectors and any visible damage before you pack it up.
  • Note the matched motor model, if known — it helps us verify feedback compatibility.
On-site optie

When the fault only shows up on the machine

Some servo faults only appear under real load, coupling, or wiring conditions a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
