Réparation de PLC

Réparation de PLC

PLC repair, without losing your program

CPUs that won't boot, I/O channels that dropped out, backplanes throwing bus errors — we repair PLC racks, CPUs and communication modules at component level, and your program and configuration stay untouched.

Every module gets a reference, a report and a warranty
// logic verified, every I/O confirmed
Comment ça fonctionne

Un processus construit autour de la confiance

01 · Reception

Réception et inspection

Your module or rack arrives, gets logged under its own case reference, and goes through a full visual and electrical check.

02 · Diagnosis

Diagnostic & devis

We isolate the fault to the CPU, power supply, backplane or a specific I/O channel, and send a clear quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve.

03 · Return

Réparation, test & retour

Once approved, we repair and functionally test the module — your program and configuration are never touched — then ship it back with a full report.

What we see

Common PLC faults

  • CPU that won't boot, or a battery-backup memory loss
  • I/O module channels that have dropped out or read incorrectly
  • Backplane or internal bus communication errors
  • Profibus, DeviceNet or Ethernet port failure
  • Power supply module failure inside the rack
  • Corrupted firmware after a power event
  • Intermittent faults that only appear under vibration or heat
  • Physical connector and backplane pin damage

Repair happens at component level. Your program logic and configuration are never modified — we work on the hardware, not your code.

Ce que vous obtenez

What every PLC repair includes

Traçabilité

A unique case reference and a full repair report follow your module from the moment it arrives.

Tests

Every repaired module is functionally tested channel by channel before it leaves the workshop.

Program untouched

We repair the hardware, not your logic. Your program and configuration stay exactly as they were.

Garantie

Réparations are backed by a standard warranty, so you're covered once the module is back in the rack.

Décidez plus rapidement

Réparer ou remplacer ?

Choisissez la réparation lorsque

  • The exact module or CPU is discontinued or hard to source
  • You want your program and configuration left untouched
  • A PLC platform migration isn't planned yet
  • Vous avez besoin d'une réparation traçable avec un rapport et une garantie

Envisagez le remplacement lorsque

  • You need the line running now and a matched spare is ready
  • A platform migration is already planned and budgeted
  • Newer firmware or fieldbus support is actually needed
Avant de l'expédier

Envoyez-le de la bonne manière

  • Back up your program before removing the CPU, if you can.

When the fault is really in the cabinet

Some PLC faults trace back to wiring, grounding, or a rack-level issue a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
